This new 16-week study recruited 110 students (14 - 16 yrs) to complete eitherβ¦
1οΈβ£ Experimental: a structured breakfast program combined with cognitively oriented morning sport-based sessions conducted three times per week for 40 min before regular lessons

The breakfast programme consisted of healthy food intake including; greek yoghurt, wholegrain bread, fresh fruit and water π
