This new meta-analysis compiled data from 13 cohorts (over 380,000 participants and 26,000 depression cases) to establish the associations between fruit and vegetable intake and depression 🔍

🥗 High intakes of fruit and veg were associated with a 37% lower risk of depression than low intakes
📈 Each 200 g/day increase corresponded to a 16% risk reduction
