Key Findings
📝 Across all participants improved on Victorian Institute of Sport Assessment-Achilles (VISA-A) and pain (VAS) scores
🥗 The experimental group receiving nutritional support showed significantly greater improvements in VISA-A
🩸 The control group also experienced a significant increase of 6.74 mmHg in diastolic blood pressure

Anti-inflammatory nutritional interventions may improve injury rehabilitation outcomes ✅
